  • The Columbus Center Project: Development agreement and 99-year ground and air rights lease for development of $700 million, one-million square foot hotel, retail and residential air rights development over the Massachusetts Turnpike in Back Bay area of Boston, MA.

  • Nautica Condominium:  Development agreement and 99-year ground lease for development of 117 residential unit condominium project in City Square, Charlestown, MA.

  • Development agreement and 99-year ground lease with a major national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for development of 300,000 square foot office project and 150-room hotel project in Framingham, MA.

  • Liberty Mutual Headquarters:  Development agreement and 99-year ground lease for development of 85,000 square foot headquarters building for national insurance company in Weston, MA.

  • Gateway:  development agreement and 99-year ground lease for development of 220,000 square foot office and retail development in City Square, Charlestown, MA.

  • New Center for Arts and Culture: Development agreement for development of new museum on former Central Artery parcel in downtown Boston.
 
  • Development agreement and 99-year ground lease with a major national residential developer for development of multiple residential and retail projects in Bulfinch Triangle area of Boston, MA.
