- Development agreement and 99-year ground lease with a major national Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) for development of 300,000 square foot office project and 150-room hotel project in Framingham, MA.
- Liberty Mutual Headquarters: Development agreement and 99-year ground lease for development of 85,000 square foot headquarters building for national insurance company in Weston, MA.
